St Thomas Excursions is a coop marketing effort by independent tour operators offering a variety of high quality unique shore excursions for the cruise ship market. By combining our marketing efforts, we are able to keep our marketing cost low, and offer more value tours for the money.

Reservations Procedures

Choose the Cruise Excursion of your choice and fill out the reservation request for that excursion. After we confirm availability, we will send you a link to our SSL Secure Payment Center, for a 20-25% deposit. We then send you a confirmed reservation, with local contact information and pick-up information for your cruise ship and time, and the balance for the excursion is payable to the excursion operator at the time of the excursion.

No Fault Guarantee

If your excursion can't be done due to no fault of your own, you will receive a full refund. Our no fault guarantee includes, but is not limited to the following: Ship does not make port, Ship is late and there is not time for the excursion, weather forces the cancellation of excursion, operator is forced to cancel the excursion due to equipment or safety concerns.

RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES

  • Choose the Cruise Excursion of your choice.
  • Click on the Reservation button for that excursion.
  • Fill out the Reservation Request form.
  • After we confirm availability, we will send you a link to our SSL Secure Payment Center, for a 20-25% deposit.
  • We then send you a confirmed reservation, with local contact information and pick-up information for your cruise ship and time.
  • The balance for the Excursion is payable to the Excursion Operator at the time of the Excursion.


TERMS AND RESERVATIONS

Cancellations are honored up to two weeks prior to your reserved excursion. Deposits are non-refundable, but will be held for future excursions.

Deposit Refunds. If your Excursion is cancelled by the operator your Reservation Deposit will be refunded in full including, but not limited to, the following situations:

  • Your ship does not make port.
  • Your ship is late and there is not time for the Excursion.
  • Weather forces the cancellation of Excursion.
  • Operator is forced to cancel the Excursion due to equipment or safety concerns.


PER OUR TERMS, IF YOU NO SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT

FULL REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT IF THE EXCURSION CAN NOT BE DONE DUE TO NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN
